Black Dot White Dot Focus
Black Dot & White Dot Focus is a concept that describes the visual abilities of both the attacker and the defender. In White Dot focus, the attackers body has been manipulated by the defender in such a manner that the attacker has very little ability to see the defender and the environment around him.
In the illustration, you will see that the white circle represents the amount of vision the attacker has and the black surroundings represent the areas the attacker cannot see clearly.
Black Dot focus is where the defender moves in such a way that the position he places himself, and the posture he uses causes the White Dot Focus on his opponent.
